Steven J. Hussey, CPM has been in Commercial Property Management for 27 years in the Sacramento Region and is a Principal with Sierra Asset Management. Steve has worked for many different clients over the years including Banks, Equity Groups, Family & Individual Partnerships as well as Court Appointed Receivers. Steve was the 2009 President of the Sacramento IREM Chapter and also served as the Legislative Chair for many years. Steve resides in Gold River with his wife Ellen and two Daughters. Fact most wouldn’t know: Steve qualified and completed the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon in 2001 & 2002.

Barbara Kelly, CPM has been in Commercial Property Management for 26 years initially working in the accounting department for a local Real Estate developer and then transitioning into commercial property management. Her focus has been primarily in the Sacramento Region and is currently a Principal with Sierra Asset Management. Barbara has worked for many different clients over the years including REIT’s, Equity Groups, Family & Individual Partnerships, Banks and Court Appointed Receiverships. Barbara was the 2010 President of the Sacramento IREM Chapter and served on the Education Board for IREM National headquartered in Chicago.

Jose Gaco has been in Commercial Property Management for 18 years and has worked in both the Residential and Commercial Management Industries. He has been with Sierra Asset for 10 years and oversees the Accounting Department. He is also the Project Accountant and provides the Monthly Financial Reports for our clients. He has experience and knowledge working with software systems such as CTI, Yardi, MRI, Spectra and Great Plains.

Debbie Cederdahl, Lead Assistant Property Manager brings 31 years of Commercial Property Management experience from both the Development and Fee Management sides. She has been with Sierra Asset for 10 years and specializes in dealing with Public Sector Tenants such as the State of CA and the County of Sacramento. She has also worked for a local developer, a real estate investment trust and spent 8 years with Colliers International in the Lease Administration department before joining our team. Fact most wouldn’t know: She has completed a 120 mile 6-day stage race in the Colorado Rockies.
