Barbara Kelly

Barbara Kelly, CPM has been in Commercial Property Management for 26 years initially working in the accounting department for a local Real Estate developer and then transitioning into commercial property management. Her focus has been primarily in the Sacramento Region and is currently a Principal with Sierra Asset Management. Barbara has worked for many different clients over the years including REIT’s, Equity Groups, Family & Individual Partnerships, Banks and Court Appointed Receiverships. Barbara was the 2010 President of the Sacramento IREM Chapter and served on the Education Board for IREM National headquartered in Chicago.
